NOMADYN Spring Kickoff Giveaway
Official Rules
1. Sponsor The Spring Kickoff Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by NOMADYN, located at [insert business address].
2. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on February 25th, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM MST and ends on April 5th, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM MST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of NOMADYN, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
4. How to Enter NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning Lower-Tier Prizes.
Participants may enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by completing the following Mandatory Steps (required for eligibility for all prizes):
- Share at least one of NOMADYN’s Spring Kickoff Event reels on your Instagram account (public setting required for verification) using the hashtag #livelimitlessly.
- Join the Nomadyn Limitless Program by subscribing through the signup form on the NOMADYN website (nomadyn.com).
- Follow @nomadynofficial on Instagram.
Qualifying Purchase for Higher-Tier Prizes (optional but required for prizes valued at $200 or more): Make any single purchase totaling $99 or more (before taxes and shipping) from NOMADYN’s Shopify store during the Giveaway Period. Purchases are tracked automatically via order confirmation details matched to your entry email or account. Only participants who complete a qualifying purchase are eligible for Higher-Tier Prizes.
Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person/email address/Instagram account via the mandatory steps, regardless of method. Multiple entries from the same person using different emails or accounts may result in disqualification.
5. Prizes
- Lower-Tier Prizes (each valued under $200): Open to all eligible entrants who complete the Mandatory Steps. Examples include free mounts, discount codes, merchandise, and other accessories [list specific prizes and approximate retail values here, e.g., "NOMADYN Universal Mount – ARV $49"]. Multiple Lower-Tier Prizes may be awarded.
- Higher-Tier Prizes (each valued $200 or more, including Grand Prize if applicable): Open only to eligible entrants who complete the Mandatory Steps and make a qualifying purchase of $99+. Examples include premium lighting packages, full mount systems, bundles, etc. [list specific prizes and approximate retail values here, e.g., "Grand Prize: $2,500 Lighting Package – ARV $2,500"].
All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be provided. NOMADYN reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary due to unavailability. Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) are estimates and may vary. Total ARV of all prizes: [insert total if known]. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other costs associated with prize acceptance/use.
5A. Prize Provider Disclaimer Any prizes provided by third-party manufacturers or brands (including, but not limited to, Leatherman Tools) are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise affiliated or associated with NOMADYN or this Giveaway. NOMADYN is solely responsible for the administration of the Giveaway and the selection, fulfillment, and distribution of all prizes. Prize providers have no responsibility or liability for the promotion, including but not limited to the conduct of the Giveaway, winner selection, prize claims, or any issues arising from prize use or acceptance. For any product-specific questions, warranties, or support related to a third-party prize, winners should contact the respective manufacturer directly.
6. Winner Selection Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries using ViralSweep.
- Lower-Tier Prizes: Drawn from all eligible entries (Mandatory Steps completed).
- Higher-Tier Prizes: Drawn from the pool of eligible entries that also include a qualifying purchase.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize pool. Drawings will occur shortly after the Giveaway Period ends.
7. Winner Notification and Announcement Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry (or associated with their purchase/account). Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize and may be required to provide additional verification (e.g., eligibility confirmation, release forms). Failure to respond timely or meet requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prize winners will also be announced on NOMADYN’s Instagram account @nomadynofficial.
8. Instagram Disclaimer This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any liability related to this Giveaway.
9. General Conditions Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and to NOMADYN’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters. By entering, participants grant NOMADYN permission to use their name, likeness, entry content, and related information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. NOMADYN reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or engages in conduct that compromises the Giveaway’s integrity. This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws. NOMADYN is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical failures, interruptions, or errors.
10. Limitation of Liability NOMADYN, its affiliates, agents, prize providers, and Instagram shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, lost entries, or errors in prize fulfillment. Entrants release and hold harmless NOMADYN, its affiliates, prize providers, and Instagram from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.
11. Privacy Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway, winner notification, and communicating promotional offers in accordance with NOMADYN’s Privacy Policy [link to policy].
