Fusion is precision-engineered from the ground up. Each panel is manufactured from proprietary high-strength polymer, delivering exceptional rigidity, impact resistance, and long-term durability under UV, heat, and trail abuse. Precision-engineered to match the contours of your Jeep, Fusion installs like it belongs there from day one. Panels ship unpainted for professional color matching, letting builders achieve a premium OEM-style finish or a custom accent look.

Forward lighting covers what’s ahead — Fusion illuminates the terrain beside you. Flush-mounted within the cowl with no exposed fasteners, the lights are positioned to maximize coverage along the ground, seamlessly blending with your rock lights for continuous illumination from vehicle to terrain. Whether navigating tight tree lines, crawling rocky switchbacks, or lighting camp and recovery zones, Fusion ensures no blind spot goes unseen.

Expand Your Capability

Fusion is adventure-ready — and it expands what your Jeep can do. Choose from three configurations — Lighting Only, Lighting +Air, or Lighting +Power — and use the hidden Multi-Mount™ architecture to add accessories such as an Anderson SB-120 connector or a Universal Mounting Plate for custom installs, giving you extra power or mounting options exactly where you need them.

Lighting Only
A clean, factory-style upgrade with high-performance side lighting. The hidden Multi-Mount™ architecture lies enclosed and is prepped for limited +Expansion™ upgrades. You can attach an Anderson SB-120 connector or a Universal Mounting Plate for custom accessories. Start simple, and expand as your mission demands.

Lighting +Air
Add quick-access onboard air exactly where you need it. The cowl features built-in holes for ARB JIC-4 air couplers or ¼” NPT bulkhead adapters, for use with your preferred air coupler. Its water-shedding design helps prevent buildup, keeping your system protected and reliable.

Lighting +Power
Turn Fusion into a trail power hub. Integrated Anderson SB120 connectors (up to 120A) provide direct access to solar input, portable air compressors, and other high-draw accessories — giving your Jeep off-grid capability without clutter or compromise.
